Stand Up Paddle-boarding is an increasingly popular watersport therefore to complete this challenge find a watersports centre where Stand Up Paddle-boarding is offered; this might be by the coast or at an inland lake. The most obvious time of the year to do this would be summer but to make it even more of an adventurous challenge complete it at a different time such as late Autumn, early Spring or even winter!

Amy completed this challenge at Ferry Meadows, Nene Park. When reflecting on this adventurous challenge she said:

“This was a fun challenge despite the fact that it was cold. In the video it looks like we spent ages doing it but we actually completed it in 20 minutes. I think we worked well as a team and I’d love to do it again.”
