This week’s NutriBullet is a tropical-inspired one! Read on to find the recipe!
2 kiwi fruit
1 small mango
Coconut water to replace tap water (add to taste)
Then all you need to do is…
Peel the kiwis and chop them up into quarters, before tipping them into the Nutribullet. Add the chopped mango and coconut water and blitz until smooth. There may be a few seeds in the mixture but don’t worry, they’re too small to taste!
Why these fruits?
Kiwi is really good for you – it contains loads of Vitamin C, which is good for your skin and complexion. It also contains more Potassium than a banana!
Mangos also contain Vitamin C as well as Vitamin A, which helps your night vision. A recent survey has also proven that mangos can help prevent cancer!
Coconut Water contains Potassium. It is also naturally sterile but you don’t really need to know that unless you’re surviving in a parched tropical environment!
This smoothie is quick and easy to make, really good for you and a great way to start the day!
