How to make the Biting Banana and Orange Smoothie
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Banana
All you need to do is:
- Blitz the carrot, oranges, banana and a little water together in a blender, such as a Nutribullet, until smooth. Add extra water if the smoothie is too thick.
Nutritional Value of the Ingredients:
Oranges: They’re a good source of Vitamin C and dietary fibre. Oranges also contain a little Potassium.
Bananas: Bananas are a good source of Vitamin B-6 and Potassium. Like Oranges, they also contain dietary fibre.
Carrots: Carrots provide you with lots of Vitamin A and also contain a lot of fibre.
