How to make a juicy apple, pear and tangy raspberry smoothie

What you need

  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 100g of raspberries
  • Water
  • Blender e.g. Nutribullet

How to make it

1. Chop up your pear and apple and put them inside your blender. Squish it down so everything will fit!

2. Add in the raspberries and some water and blend it all together until it is fairly runny.

This fruity mixture is amazingly healthy and contains many vitamins, healthy for the bones, blood vessels and skin, and minerals that are good for energy levels.
