Kerrching… is the sound of 100 more of our 500 fresh air miles being clocked up (and the money being raised for charity).

From Glenapp to Skelmorlie, several castles, beaches, seals and friendly Scottish people, and 100 miles of walking in the sunshine made for a wonderful 16th journey.

This journey was completed as part of our 500 Fresh Air Miles Challenge.
