Learning about kites

Kids flying kites in the park or on the beach may have been a common sight in the past but fewer and fewer children seem to own a kite nowadays. Ella got a kite for her birthday. It is a foil kite, similar to those used by kite surfers, but aimed at children and beginners. She has taken her kite out on a few occasions and loved the thrill of seeing it flying in the sky above her, particularly on the windier days.
