This activity is great fun and even though it has the word ‘painting’ in the title you don’t have to be very artistic to do it.

You just have to be imaginative.

All you need to do is find an old bit of fabric like a vest- make sure to check with mum if you can use it though!

Then, using, felt- tips draw patterns, doodles or whatever you want on it, making sure it is colourful.

Then it’s the easy bit. In Britain, we have LOTS of bad weather and rain. So, all you need to do is hang your cloth, vest .etc onto a branch or washing line and wait for it to rain.

And then look at what happens!
